2. Registration Deposit Refunds

Registration Deposit Overview

The Registration Deposit is an optional £50.00 payment that secures your Early Bird pricing (50% discount), reserves your place in the first cohort, and is fully refundable under the conditions below.

Full Refund Period (Before Course Launch)

Eligibility: You paid a £50 Registration Deposit and request a refund before the first course launches (late April 2026)

Refund Amount: 100% (full £50.00 refund)

Processing Time: 5-7 business days

No Questions Asked: We will process your refund immediately without requiring a detailed explanation.

After Course Launch

  • Credit Toward Purchase: Your £50 deposit is automatically credited toward any course purchase (valid for 90 days)
  • Automatic Refund: If you do not purchase within 90 days, your deposit will be automatically refunded
  • Early Refund: You can request a refund at any time if you decide not to purchase

3. Course Purchase Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all course purchases.

  • Time Limit: Request within 14 days of purchase date
  • Limited Access: You have accessed less than 25% of the course content

  • No Certificate: You have not completed the course or obtained a certificate

4. Refund Exclusions

Refunds Will NOT Be Granted If:

  • You have accessed more than 25% of the course content
  • You have completed the course or obtained a certificate
  • You have downloaded course materials, templates, or resources
  • You violate our Terms and Conditions
  • You initiated a chargeback with your bank

5. How to Request a Refund

6. Corporate and Team License Refunds

Corporate and team licenses have different refund terms due to their customized nature:

  • 14-day review period from date of purchase
  • Refund available if no team members have accessed content
  • Partial refunds NOT available for individual team members
  • Custom terms may be negotiated in corporate contracts

7. Chargebacks and Disputes
