By accessing or using our Website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Website or Services.

2. Definitions

  • "We," "Us," "Our" means DMR Group NI Limited or its trading names.
  • "You," "Your" means the individual or organization accessing our Website or purchasing our Services.
  • "Services" means all AI ethics training courses, learning paths, corporate training programs, consulting services, and related materials provided by us.
  • "Platform" means our online learning management system and associated digital infrastructure.
  • "Content" means all course materials, videos, documents, frameworks, templates, and other educational resources provided through our Services.
  • "Early Bird Registration" means the pre-launch registration period offering discounted pricing to the first 100 registrants.
  • "Registration Deposit" means the optional £50 refundable deposit to secure Early Bird pricing.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to register for and use our Services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3.2 Account Information

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You breach these Terms and Conditions
  • You provide false or misleading information
  • Your account is used for fraudulent or illegal activities
  • We are required to do so by law

4. Early Bird Registration and Deposits

4.1 Early Bird Offer

The Early Bird Registration offer provides 50% discount on course pricing for the first 100 registrants who complete registration before the official launch date.

4.2 Registration Deposit

  • The Registration Deposit is optional and costs £50.00 GBP
  • The deposit secures your Early Bird pricing
  • The deposit is fully refundable upon request at any time before course launch (late April 2026)
  • After course launch, the deposit will be credited toward your course purchase
  • If you do not purchase a course within 90 days of launch, the deposit will be automatically refunded

4.3 Deposit Refund Process

To request a refund of your Registration Deposit:

  • Email us at ethicai@drmgroup.uk with "Deposit Refund Request" in the subject line
  • Include your full name and registration email address
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method

4.4 Early Bird Pricing Lock

Once you complete Early Bird Registration (with or without deposit), your discounted pricing is locked in and will remain valid for 90 days after course launch.

5. Course Purchase and Access

5.1 Course Pricing

Current Early Bird pricing (50% off regular price):

  • User/Employee Learning Path: £49.00 (regular £97.00)
  • Manager Learning Path: £149.00 (regular £297.00)
  • Admin Learning Path: £199.00 (regular £397.00)
  • Master Admin Learning Path: £249.00 (regular £497.00)
  • Full Platform Access (all 4 paths): £497.00 (regular £997.00)

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already made or Early Bird registrations already completed.

5.2 Payment

  • Payment is required in full at the time of course purchase
  • We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other methods as displayed at checkout
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • You are responsible for any bank fees or currency conversion charges

5.3 Course Access

  • Access to purchased courses will be granted within 24 hours of payment confirmation
  • Course access is provided through our online learning platform
  • You will receive login credentials via email after purchase
  • Course access is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified
  • Access may be extended at our discretion or upon request

5.4 Course Availability

  • First 6 courses launch: Late April 2026
  • Full platform (44 courses): May 2026
  • We will notify you via email when courses become available
  • Launch dates are estimates and may be subject to change

6. Corporate and Team Licensing

6.1 Corporate Packages

We offer team licensing and corporate training packages for organizations purchasing access for multiple users.

6.2 Custom Pricing

Corporate package pricing is determined based on:

  • Number of users
  • Learning paths required
  • Customization needs
  • Support requirements

6.3 Corporate Terms

Additional terms and conditions may apply to corporate packages and will be specified in separate agreements or purchase orders.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Registration Deposit Refunds

Registration Deposits are fully refundable as described in Section 4.3 above.

7.2 Course Purchase Refunds

You may request a full refund of your course purchase within 14 days of purchase if:

  • You have accessed less than 25% of the course content
  • You have not downloaded course materials or certificates
  • You provide a reason for the refund request

7.3 Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • More than 14 days have passed since purchase
  • You have accessed more than 25% of the course content
  • You have completed the course or obtained a certificate
  • You have violated these Terms and Conditions

7.4 Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Email us at ethicai@drmgroup.uk with "Refund Request" in the subject line
  • Include your full name, order number, and reason for refund
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method

7.5 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are not available. If you purchase the Full Platform Access package, refunds apply to the entire package, not individual learning paths.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Our Content Ownership

All Content, including but not limited to course materials, videos, presentations, text, graphics, logos, images, software, code, platform functionality, frameworks, templates, methodologies, trademarks and branding is owned by or licensed to DMR Group NI Limited and is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Access and view course Content for personal or internal business use
  • Download materials designated as downloadable for your personal use
  • Use frameworks and templates within your organization

8.3 Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute course Content without written permission
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our Content
  • Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense access to our courses
  • Share your login credentials with others
  • Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings
  • Use Content for commercial training or resale purposes
  • Reverse engineer or extract source code from our Platform

8.4 Corporate License Exception

Organizations with corporate licenses may share access among licensed users within their organization as specified in their corporate agreement.

8.5 Enforcement

Unauthorized use of our Content may result in immediate termination of your account, legal action for copyright infringement, and claims for damages and legal costs.

9. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

9.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Website and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

9.2 Prohibited Activities

You must NOT:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code

Violation of acceptable use policies may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

We strive to ensure all course Content is accurate, current, and compliant with relevant regulations including the EU AI Act. However, Content is provided for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee Content is error-free or complete. AI ethics regulations and best practices evolve rapidly. You are responsible for verifying information for your specific use case.

10.2 Content Updates

We regularly update course Content to reflect current standards and regulations. Updates are provided at no additional cost to active subscribers. We will notify you of significant Content updates via email. Historical versions of Content may not remain available.

10.3 No Professional Advice

Our Services provide educational training and general guidance. They do NOT constitute legal advice, compliance certification, professional consulting services, or regulatory approval or endorsement. For specific legal or compliance advice, consult qualified professionals in your jurisdiction.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous access to our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, that Services will be available at all times, that all defects will be corrected, or that Services are free from viruses or harmful components.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are NOT liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities, loss of data or information, business interruption, damages arising from your use or inability to use our Services, damages arising from reliance on Content accuracy, or third-party actions or content.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11.3 Exceptions

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by UK law.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms and Conditions, we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity, we are required to do so by law, or we discontinue our Services (with reasonable notice).

15.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to Services will be revoked, you must cease using all Content, and sections of these Terms that should survive termination will remain in effect (including intellectual property, liability, and indemnification provisions).

16. Modifications to Terms
